Jairo Terra is Head of Regulatory Affairs at PSR, where he has worked since 2015. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from UFRJ and a Master's degree from PUC-Rio. At PSR, Jairo leads regulatory consulting engagements for governments, international development agencies, industry associations, and private investors - covering regulatory framework design, energy market reform, and public policy development. He also advises investors on sector opportunities, risks, and regulatory challenges, and has extensive experience in due diligence of generation and transmission assets.
