Bárbara Rubim is a lawyer specialising in electricity sector regulation and holds an MBA in Finance from the Federal University of Uberlândia. She leads Bright Strategies, a consultancy dedicated to structuring renewable energy businesses. Over the past five years, she has been involved in the development of projects totalling more than 560 MW. She has trained over 7,600 professionals through her courses and masterclasses on Distributed Generation and the Free Energy Market. She serves as Vice-President of the Board of the Brazilian PV Solar Energy Association, is a member of the LAC Council, and Energy Director of Federation of Industries of the State of São Paulo.
