Wagner Ferreira, 46, is a lawyer specializing in energy and an arbitrator. He holds a postgraduate degree in tax law (Brazilian Institute of Tax Studies), an MBA in Business Management from FGV, and a leadership certificate from the Dom Cabral Foundation. For 20 years, he has worked in the electric power sector in the legal, regulatory, and institutional areas. He is a guest lecturer in courses focused on energy law, an arbitrator with the FGV Chamber of Mediation and Arbitration, a member of the Energy Committee of Camarb (Brazilian Chamber of Business Arbitration), a member of the Fiscal Council of the Forum on Environment and Sustainability in the Electric Power Sector, and a member of the management committee for the Ministry of Justice's consumidor.gov platform. He is a member of the Brazilian Association of Energy and Environmental Law. He is a member of the Energy Commission of the São Paulo Bar Association and the Brazilian Bar Association.
