With over 17 years of experience in the legal field, Rafaela is a partner in the Tax Law practice at Lefosse Advogados. She specializes in the tax structuring of business operations, with a focus on consumption taxation in regulated and infrastructure markets-particularly in the electricity, gas and oil, mining, and telecommunications sectors.

Thanks to her multidisciplinary background, Rafaela has been actively involved in matters related to tax reform, supporting clients both in technical aspects and in the practical implementation of the new tax rules. She is a member of Lefosse's Pro Bono Advocacy Committee and is part of Infra Women Brazil (IWB), a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting and encouraging the presence of women in the infrastructure sector.
