Camilo Adas is Strategy and Energy Transition Superintendent at Be8. He has been worksing for over 35 years in the national and international automotive market. He holds a master's degree in the subject 'Decision Making based on the Creation and Dissemination of Knowledge in Global Companies' by Fundação Dom Cabral, where he is a visiting professor. He is a Counselor at SAE BRASIL for Energy Transition, Technology and SAE do Futuro, and a member of the Board of Directors of Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia. He is the coordinator of the Study Group for the nationalization of the automotive chain for Green Hydrogen in Brazil, together with the Ministry of Economy. Camilo Adas was manager of the iH2 project for Hidrogênio Verde at the Brazil-Germany Chamber of Commerce in Rio de Janeiro and acts as an energy transition advisor for private companies.

While a student at UFRJ, he was president of the students' league of Finance and Investments and co-founder of the Energy and Technology League. A volunteer since 2018, he is now the executive director of Revolusolar, an NGO created in 2015 with the aim of promoting the sustainable development of low-income communities through solar energy. Mrs. Agnes Maria de Aragao da Costa is, since December 2022, Director of the Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency (AN EEL) with a term of office until December 2, 2028. Between 2019 and 2022 she was the Head of the Special Advisory Board on Regulatory Affairs of the Ministry of Mines and Energy (MME), specializing in Energy and Mining Economies. She is enthusiastic about the role of the energy sector in the positive transformation of society. In her last role, she coordinated the Modernization of the Electricity Sector, the National Hydrogen Program, the Permanent Commission for the Analysis of Methodologies and Computational Programs of the Electricity Sector (CPAMP), and MME policies related to (i) energy transition, (ii) research, development, and innovation, and (iii) international and multilateral cooperation. She worked at the MME for almost eighteen years, recommending and formulating public policies, being a member of the career Experts in Public Policy and Government Management since 2006, and having also held, until 2019, the roles of advisor, special advisor, program director, and Deputy Head of the Special Advisory Board on Economic Affairs. She holds a bachelor's degree in Economic Sciences from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and a master's degree in Energy from the University of Sao Paulo (USP). She has experience in corporate governance, having served on councils since 2014. After her time at institutions such as Deutsche Bank (São Paulo) and the PMO (Project Management Office) for the Rio 2016 Olympic Games (Rio de Janeiro), Loana has been a member of the executive body of the German-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Rio de Janeiro since 2017, acting as Deputy Executive Director and head of department for the Market Entry and Business Development area. Certified as a project manager by the Project Management Institute (PMP - PMI), Loana has extensive experience in developing and coordinating projects and sector studies for bilateral cooperation and generating business opportunities between Brazil and Germany in the infrastructure sector, with a special focus on the areas of energy transition (including green hydrogen), energy efficiency and environmental technologies.

Roberto Zilles, Full Professor at the Institute of Energy and Environment at the University of São Paulo, IEE-USP. In which he served as Director between August 2019 and August 2023. Since 1987 he has been working in the area of photovoltaic systems and from 2013 to 2017 he chaired the Brazilian Association of Solar Energy, ABENS. In 1995, he set up the Photovoltaic Systems Laboratory at IEE-USP, where he coordinates teaching, research and extension activities. At the international level, he coordinated the Ibero-American Network for the Transfer of Appropriate Technologies of the Science and Technology for Development Program, CYTED Program. He participated in the IPCC working group and co-authored Chapter 3, Solar Direct, of the Special Report on Renewable Energy Sources and Climate Change Mitigation of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, SRREN-IPCC. In the academic context, publications in journals with a selective editorial policy stand out, in addition to books, book chapters and complete articles in national and international congresses and the training of human resources, notably 31 masters and 15 doctors.
