He is an Electrical Engineer, holds a Master's degree in Production Engineering, and an MBA in Energy Trading. He previously served as National Secretary of Energy Planning and Development at the Ministry of Mines and Energy (MME) and as Executive Secretary of Energy for the State of Pernambuco, where he led Brazil's first solar energy auction. A specialist in energy transition, electrification, and energy storage, Eduardo brings a comprehensive technical, regulatory, and business perspective.As the moderator of the panel "AI-Driven Forecasting and smart O&M for Large-Scale Solar Power Plant", he will guide discussions on how artificial intelligence and digitalization are redefining the performance, reliability, and future of large-scale solar power plants in Brazil.
