PhD candidate in Economics at FGV, Master's degree in Public Administration from IDP, Specialization in Regulatory Law from UnB, and Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from UnB.
He joined ANEEL in 2007 through a public competition as a Specialist in Public Energy Services Regulation, having worked in the areas of institutional relations, economic regulation, tariff management, and administrative mediation.
From August 2018 to November 2023, he held the position of Deputy Secretary-General and, since November 2023, he has held the position of Secretary-General of ANEEL. In May 2025, he assumed the position of Deputy Director.
