With 17 years of experience in energy planning, Gustavo Ponte is Head of the Power Generation Department at the Energy Research Office, where he leads studies on various power generation and energy storage solutions for Brazil's future power system. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Brasília and a Master's in Urban and Environmental Engineering from PUC-Rio and Technische Universität Braunschweig. He is currently a PhD candidate at the University of São Paulo (USP) and has also completed specialization courses in Public Administration and Piping Engineering.

André Della Rocca Medeiros holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and a master's and doctorate in Electrical Power Systems from the Federal University of Santa Catarina. He has worked at ONS for 25 years in the planning department (DPL). He currently holds the position of Southern Engineering Manager, working on the integration of transmission and generation projects (conventional, wind, and photovoltaic) and, more recently, on the assessment of requirements for connecting batteries, green hydrogen, and large data centers to the National Interconnected System.

She enrolled in a second degree in 2021, in the Evening History Degree course at the University of Brasília, through ENEM. Already a graduate, her goal is to build knowledge in the field of human sciences, bringing with her all the experience and background she has acquired from her previous work as a student and as a worker. More specifically, she seeks to act in a more meaningful and holistic way in her work and daily life. She graduated as an Electrical Engineer from the University of Brasília in October 2009 and obtained a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering in 2016. Active in various areas of electrical engineering since her undergraduate studies, she has participated in activities such as Scientific Initiation Projects at UnB, tutoring activities, and internships at large companies. She currently works at the Ministry of Mines and Energy, dealing with aspects involving auctions for the expansion of generation and transmission and medium-term planning for the Brazilian Electric System.

He held the positions of Transmission Superintendent and Engineering Director at Companhia Hidrelétrica do São Francisco - CHESF. He was also Director of Systems Management at Companhia Energética de Pernambuco - CELPE, Assistant to the President of Eletrobras, Director of the Electricity Regulatory Agency - ANEEL, President of the Energy Research Company - EPE and Secretary of Energy Planning and Development at the Ministry of Mines and Energy - MME. He was Professor of Energy Transmission at the University of Pernambuco. He is currently Director of Acropolis Energia.
