The decision to switch to an electric vehicle depends not only on the car itself, but also on confidence in charging infrastructure. Availability, convenience, payment experience, usability, access to information, and predictability are all decisive factors for mass adoption. This session examines how user experience can either accelerate or hinder the growth of electric mobility in Brazil.
