Henrique Ribeiro is a Principal Analyst at S&P Global Commodity Insights' Technologies & Supply Chain team, focusing on battery & new technologies research. During his 13 years tenure with the organization, he also spearheaded the creation of Platts battery metals pricing suite. Henrique holds a Master in Economic Analysis from FGV and a Certificate for professionals in derivatives markets from the B3 exchange's educational arm.

Aline is an electrical engineer graduated from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC), with experience in research and teaching in Brazil and Germany. Since 2017, she has been a researcher at the UFSC Solar Energy Research Laboratory (Fotovoltaica/UFSC), where she completed her Ph.D. focused on photovoltaic plant inspection. She is currently a postdoctoral researcher working on R&D projects in the fields of photovoltaics, energy storage, green hydrogen, and electric vehicles. Aline is also a co-founder of the Brazilian Network of Women in Solar Energy (Rede MESol) and served as President of the Brazilian Association of Solar Energy (ABENS) from 2023 to 2025.

He holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Unicamp and teaches Solar Energy courses at the university itself, having lectured to more than 5,000 students. He is a researcher at LESF-MV, working on various fronts of photovoltaic solar energy with the aim of contributing to the development of the national sector. He is currently working on the application of artificial intelligence methods and inference algorithms to the classification of anomalies and performance analysis of large-scale plants. An influencer on Instagram, he is known as ProfJL. He is also a member of the teaching staff of Canal Solar's Energy Storage course. He has more than 70 scientific publications and has reviewed more than 250 papers for specialized magazines in the solar energy sector. He also has extensive experience in testing the quality of photovoltaic equipment.

Eduardo Pestana de Aguiar is the Co-founder of Tecsci Ltda., an MTR Solar company, which has a portfolio of over 4GWp in renewable energy projects. He is also an Associate Professor at the Federal University of Juiz de Fora (UFJF), where he leads the Industrial Automation and Computational Intelligence Laboratory. With a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from UFJF and postdoctoral research experience at Université Clermont Auvergne in France, Dr. Aguiar has dedicated his career to advancing applied artificial intelligence, intelligent systems, and industrial automation in the renewable energy sector. He has authored over 100 scientific publications and collaborates with national and international institutions on research and innovation initiatives on cutting-edge technological advancements.

Francisco Moraga is a Mechanical Engineer and Master of Engineering Sciences specializing in Renewable Energy Systems. He leads the PV Systems team at Fraunhofer Chile, part of the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft, one of the world's leading organizations for applied research and industrial innovation. He is responsible for applied research and services to the solar industry, focusing on the operation, maintenance (O&M), monitoring, simulation, and optimization of photovoltaic plants using advanced data analysis and artificial intelligence. He has deep expertise in processing large datasets to extract geographical, meteorological, and energy insights, and developing energy system simulations with open-source tools and public data to improve the efficiency and performance of solar power systems.

Rodrigo Dias is a manager at Solarprime Franchising, where he leads the pre-sales, post-sales and project approval teams. He is a professional with solid experience in leading engineering teams, planning, coordinating and supervising technical projects. He has extensive knowledge of electrical engineering, including project implementation, CAPEX and OPEX management, and technical and financial feasibility studies. Rodrigo is currently a researcher on his Master's degree at UNICAMP, in the area of energies and control systems, focusing on the optimization of photovoltaic systems. During his degree in Automation and Control Engineering at UNISAL, developed a tool for sizing photovoltaic systems capable of considering losses due to orientation and inclination, ensuring greater accuracy and performance. His experience includes the development of innovative solutions, optimization of processes and quality assurance. He is recognized for his proactivity, focus on results, communication skills and teamwork.
