He is a director of ABVE and VP of the Institute for Sustainable Mobility. He has over 10 years of solid experience in the mobility market. An engineer by training, he has previously managed business units in Brazil, Mozambique, and Portugal.

Márcio Ferreira da Silva is an electrical engineer with a specialization in Industrial Administration from USP/Fundação Vanzolini. He has over 28 years of experience in technology companies, including 18 years at Intelbras. Since July 2025, he has held the position of Vice President of Market and Customer Journey, leading strategic initiatives focused on customer experience and commercial expansion. Previously, he spent three years heading Intelbras' Energy division as Vice President, overseeing the areas of UPS systems, Solar, Power Supplies, and Electric Vehicle Chargers. Throughout his career, he has led innovative projects with a strong focus on results and people development.

Daniel Carvalho is the founder and CEO of DCC Energy, a company specializing in technological solutions for electric vehicle charging infrastructure in Ceará. Under his leadership, DCC Energy has been driving the expansion of electric mobility in the region, with more than 1,250 charging points installed and 51 stations in operation. The company has established itself as a benchmark in the integration of intelligent systems to cover strategic routes in the region such as CE-040, BR-222 and CE-085, as well as setting up one of the largest charging hubs in the Northeast, at BS Design, with capacity for 23 vehicles simultaneously. Daniel is an administrator from FCAP/UPE, with an MBA from INSPER/SP, and has solid international experience, having worked as an executive at Mercedes-Benz AG in Germany. His career of more than three decades in the automotive sector is marked by a continuous search for innovation, efficiency and sustainable solutions. At DCC Energy, he leads projects that combine technology and sustainability, helping to position Fortaleza, Ceará and the Northeast as emerging electromobility hubs in Brazil.
