Renata Nogueira Francisco de Carvalho - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (UFRJ), Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (COPPE/UFRJ), and Ph.D. candidate in Production Engineering (POLI/USP). In 2006 and 2007, she worked as a researcher at the Electric Power Research Center (CEPEL) in the field of energy optimization. She joined the Energy Research Company (EPE) in 2007; from 2010 to 2019, she served as a technical consultant in the Generation Planning Superintendence; and she currently serves as an advisor to the Electric Power Studies Directorate, engaging in activities and participating in strategic discussions related to market design and planning in the electric power sector.
