He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from UFMS, MBAs in BIM Platform (UNIP) and Project Management (USP), as well as an executive education program from Ohio University, and has served as Executive Manager of Consulting Services at Cepel since 2025. He leads multidisciplinary teams in developing strategic solutions for the electric power sector, with a focus on capital expenditure (CAPEX) planning, asset performance, system expansion, and project interconnection. With over nine years of experience in infrastructure and energy, he has coordinated highly complex projects, including large-scale energy efficiency management and the deployment of solar photovoltaic power plants. In recent years, he has focused on topics such as the energy transition, energy storage, and strategic transformation, working on the structuring of operational models, governance, and financial management (P&L) for consulting units. He coordinates project portfolios focused on asset optimization and decision-making support for major industry players, integrating technical, financial, and regulatory perspectives.
