Founded in September 2005, Zhuzhou CRRC Times Electric Co., Ltd (CRRC TEC), is a joint-stock company under CRRC. Its predecessor and parent company were CRRC Zhuzhou Institute Co., Ltd. founded in 1959. The Company’s businesses cover rail transit, renewable energy, power electronic devices, EV drives, industrial electrical equipment, marine engineering equipment and other fields. CRRC TEC has trade relationships with more than 50 countries and regions around the world.

CRRC Times Electric has more than 8,000 employees, half of whom are engineers, the Company has the largest modernized R&D and manufacturing base for variable current products in China, which covers a total area of more than 400,000 square meters. It boasts more than 80 advanced production lines in more than 20 cities and regions at home and abroad.

We are a provider of full industry chain system integration from device to converter and EPC and an electrical system solution provider of green energy.

In the field of solar energy, our main products are inverters, we can provide tPower-NM series string or central inverters ranged from 5kW to 3125kW with IEC and INMETRO certification. We have wide application scenarios with more than 200 photovoltaic power plants covering vast desert, fish-light complementary photovoltaic power stations, agricultural complementary photovoltaic power generation projects, commercial and industrial rooftop solar projects, village poverty alleviation projects, etc. Cumulative delivery of more than 20GW, covering 22 provinces, cities and autonomous regions.

And CRRC Times Electric has been engaged in the application of converters in rail transportation, new energy vehicles, ships and smart rail for more than 20 years. We have delivered more than 6000 units/sets of wind Power Converters and Converters for Energy Storage, and we have independently developed 5MW IGBT fully controlled power supply system for hydrogen production and won the first batch order in China.
