Founded on December 31, 2013, Jinneng Clean Energy Technology Ltd. (Jinergy) is a global leading PV manufacturer and clean energy provider incorporated under Jinneng Holding Group, which is the third largest coal enterprise in the world and the second largest coal enterprise in China.

Jinergy focuses on the research and development and manufacturing of solar cells and modules.
