OBJECTIVE: With the availability of various types of modules, many questions and doubts arise. In this workshop will be presented the evolution of photovoltaic modules that has occurred in recent years, which aims to obtain higher generation (greater power) and better performance in the field. It will be presented the evolution from the traditional models, of 60 and 72 cells, to the most modern models of half-cell and bifacial, showing constructive aspects, glass-glass, types of frames, as well as electrical characteristics, particularities and applications of these new modules.
