Hall
Expo Center Norte, 1st floor

OBJECTIVE: Present the concept of agriphotovoltaic system (AgriPV), its characteristics, technologies, applications, materials, best practices and opportunities for installation in Brazil, a country that has a strong agribusiness. The agriphotovoltaic concept aims at the simultaneous use of land, for agricultural purposes (Agri) and for the production of photovoltaic energy (PV), increasing the efficiency of land use, since it maintains fertile land for agriculture and, at the same time, allows the generation of photovoltaic energy. Agrophotovoltaic technology has been developed in recent years and has spread to almost all regions of the world, with systems installed in countries such as France, Germany, the Netherlands, Japan, China, South Korea, the USA and others. The worldwide installed capacity, from only 5 MWp in 2012, increased to about 14 GWp in 2020, and is currently around 20 GWp.

AUDIENCE: Entrepreneurs, investors, engineers, technicians and installers.
