He works closely with investors in global PV manufacturing endeavours across American, European, and Asian markets showcasing technological innovation and sustainable practices.

Civil Engineer from PUC-GO, specialist in Project Management from FGV - Fundação Getúlio Vargas, in Hydroelectric Generation from PAPUC - Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, in Wind Generation from DEWI Institute, in Energy trading from Mackenzie University and is currently a student at Harvard University, studying OPM. Has over 20 years of experience in the electricity sector in the areas of generation, transmission, trading and distribution. Before founding Pacto Energia, worked at ANEEL - National Electric Energy Agency. Currently, in addition to CEO of Grupo Pacto Energia, also a member of the board of directors of ABSOLAR - Brazilian Association of Photovoltaic Solar Energy, and Director of Energy from FIESP - Federation of Industries of the State of São Paulo.

Marcela Jacob is an energy market executive with experience in structuring, trading and originating contracts who has been working in the Brazilian market since 2001. Marcela has a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from PUC-RJ and an MBA from IBMEC RJ. She has worked for large groups such as Light, Norsk Hydro and MPC. She currently heads Hydro REIN Brasil, which is the development, construction and operation arm of the Norsk Hydro Group's renewable energy projects in Brazil.


Cíntia Flesch, Methos Renováveis

Energy Engineer


Cíntia Flesch was born in Vale do Sol/RS . She graduated in Energy Engineering in 2021 at UNIPAMPA, with a focus on migrating consumers from the regulated contracting environment to the free contracting environment, developing a tool that performs the feasibility analysis and payback of these consumers called MOVEE -ACL. In 2021, he started his master's degree at the Center of Excellence in Energy and Power Systems at UFSM. She will conclude her master's degree by showing how and what procedures consumers in the ACL need to go through to become APE Electric Energy Self-Producers or to migrate their captive generation to the APE modality. At the moment, she works with consultancy for companies that aim to migrate to the APE modality and regulatory consultancy for photovoltaic systems of the ACR. He works at Methos Renováveis, a company of the Mercatto Energia group, an economic group located in Farroupilha/RS.
