She currently heads Hydro REIN Brasil, which is the development, construction and operation arm of the Norsk Hydro Group's renewable energy projects in Brazil.

Cíntia Flesch was born in Vale do Sol/RS . She graduated in Energy Engineering in 2021 at UNIPAMPA, with a focus on migrating consumers from the regulated contracting environment to the free contracting environment, developing a tool that performs the feasibility analysis and payback of these consumers called MOVEE -ACL. In 2021, he started his master's degree at the Center of Excellence in Energy and Power Systems at UFSM. She will conclude her master's degree by showing how and what procedures consumers in the ACL need to go through to become APE Electric Energy Self-Producers or to migrate their captive generation to the APE modality. At the moment, she works with consultancy for companies that aim to migrate to the APE modality and regulatory consultancy for photovoltaic systems of the ACR. He works at Methos Renováveis, a company of the Mercatto Energia group, an economic group located in Farroupilha/RS.
