Cristiano Crisóstomo da Silva holds a master's degree in energy from the Institute of Energy and Environment of the University of São Paulo (IEE-USP); he is an electrical engineer graduated from the University of Mogi das Cruzes (UMC). He works as a professor of technical education at the Paula Souza Center (CPS) - State Technical School (Etec) Presidente Vargas - in technical courses in Industrial Automation; Electronics and Electrotechnics and teaches as a professor of higher education at UMC, in the courses of Civil Engineering and Electrical Engineering. He provides training in the area of photovoltaic solar energy for teachers of Etecs and Fatecs of the CPS. He also participates in the working group - curriculum laboratory - for the elaboration and reformulation of CPS technical course plans. He works as an electrical engineer in the company Energia Eletro Ursolar elaborating projects and executing installations of photovoltaic micro solar plants connected to the grid, company based in Mogi das Cruzes - SP.

She is co-founder of the Brazilian Women Network in Solar Energy (MESol). She is part of the Global Woman Network for Energy Transition (GWNet) and Women in Green Hydrogen, among other initiatives related to energy, gender and climate justice.

Roberto Zilles, Full Professor at the Institute of Energy and Environment at the University of São Paulo, IEE-USP. In which he served as Director between August 2019 and August 2023. Since 1987 he has been working in the area of photovoltaic systems and from 2013 to 2017 he chaired the Brazilian Association of Solar Energy, ABENS. In 1995, he set up the Photovoltaic Systems Laboratory at IEE-USP, where he coordinates teaching, research and extension activities. At the international level, he coordinated the Ibero-American Network for the Transfer of Appropriate Technologies of the Science and Technology for Development Program, CYTED Program. He participated in the IPCC working group and co-authored Chapter 3, Solar Direct, of the Special Report on Renewable Energy Sources and Climate Change Mitigation of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, SRREN-IPCC. In the academic context, publications in journals with a selective editorial policy stand out, in addition to books, book chapters and complete articles in national and international congresses and the training of human resources, notably 31 masters and 15 doctors.
