Since 2007, has been involved in structuring more competitive and sustainable businesses with a focus on the Storage, Distributed and Centralized Solar Energy chain. Member of the Board of Directors of ABSOLAR, Marcio is engineer from the Polytechnic School of USP - University of São Paulo - and an MBA from INSPER and has served as a professor in different postgraduate programs in topics related to energy and sustainability.

She is currently Executive Director of Meu Financiamento Solar - A Banco BV solution. Carolina is a specialist in the Solar Energy sector where she has worked since 2015. She previously held investor relations positions at Private Equity funds, Capital Dynamics (Swiss Fund of Funds) and Grupo Stratus (Brazilian Fund). She graduated in Business Administration from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie in 2008.

Worked in shopping center management for over 15 years, working directly in the electricity sector for 8 years, mainly in regulation (DG/GC/Tariffing), photovoltaic engineering, financial structuring, business modeling. I work with greater emphasis on Industry 4.0 with the digitization of processes, automation and data intelligence, dedicated to bringing technology and innovation to our reality, in a sustainable way and with a high socio-economic impact. Graduated in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from Santa Cecília University; Postgraduate degree in renewable energies and Facilities Management from USP;

Glauco Santos is an engineer, with an MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral, Post-MBA in Strategy and Marketing from Kellogg School of Management in the United States and Senior Leadership from IMD Business School in Switzerland. He has worked in the energy sector for over 20 years, held leadership positions in national and multinational companies, always contributing to business development and offering excellent customer experience. He currently holds the position of Director of Solar Energy at Elgin, a Brazilian company that, in its 70 years of history, has become a brand known for its quality, credibility and constant innovations.

Rodolfo Molinari Filho é CBO (Chief Business Officer) da Órigo Energia. Formado em Engenharia Civil pela Universidade Estadual de Campinas (Unicamp) em 2008, com mestrado em Engenharia Civil e pós graduado em Finanças, também pela Unicamp, Rodolfo tem uma trajetória de dedicação ao tema da energia renovável, tendo atuado ativamente como Conselheiro da Associação Brasileira de Energia Solar Fotovoltaica (ABSOLAR), além de acumular passagens por importantes companhias do setor de energia.
