Guilherme Susteras is an electrical engineer with a master's degree in electrical engineering from University of São Paulo, a diploma in economics from the London School of Economics and Political Sciences and a PhD in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas. He has more than 20 years of experience in the power sector, in positions in the area of regulation and planning for companies such as Duke Energy, National Grid and Renova Energia, in addition to having managed more than a dozen strategic projects at key Brazilian utilities during his time at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants. He has been a managing partner at Sun Mobi since 2016 and a Board Member at ABSOLAR since 2020, where he also coordinates the Distributed Generation Working Group.

Como Gerente na Agência Paulista de Promoção de Investimentos e Competitividade do Governo do Estado de São Paulo - INVESTSP, implantou o Programa Paulista de Apoio às Exportações - SP Export. Foi Assessor Especial do Governo do Estado do Espírito Santo, Presidente do Conselho Regional de Economia ES, Membro do Conselho Federal de Economia, do Conselho de Administração do Bandes, Membro do Conselho Fiscal do Banco do Estado do Espírito Santo (Banestes) e do Conselho de Administração do Departamento de Estradas de Rodagem do Estado do Espírito Santo - DER-ES. Foi Coordenador Municipal de Ciência e Tecnologia em Serra-ES. Foi colunista de opinião do Jornal A Gazeta e Gazeta Mercantil. Membro do Partido Socialista Brasileiro - PSB-ES. Elaborou e Coordenou o Jornal do Grupo de Jovens da Igreja Católica da Paróquia de Maruípe. É corredor de rua.

Eduardo Avila is an economist from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, specializing in energy and finance, and has worked in the financial market. While a student at UFRJ, he was president of the students' league of Finance and Investments and co-founder of the Energy and Technology League. A volunteer since 2018, he is now the executive director of Revolusolar, an NGO created in 2015 with the aim of promoting the sustainable development of low-income communities through solar energy. Eduardo is a member of the Board Of Advisors of the BRICS CCI Young Leaders, and was one of the 5 finalists from Latin America and the Caribbean for the United Nations Environment Program (UN) 'Young Champions of the Earth 2020' global award. Other awards include: Global Energy Heroes 2022 (Stanford University), 1st Habitability Prize (MRV and Trip Magazine), Shell Youth Initiative 2020 (Energy, Smart Cities and Fighting COVID-19).

Bruno Catta Preta is Director of Institutional Relations at Genyx Solar Power and State Coordinator of the Brazilian Association of Photovoltaic Solar Energy (Absolar). Graduated in business administration and post-graduated in higher education teaching and photovoltaic solar energy. He worked in the Customer Relationship Management area at Bradesco Previdéncia e Seguros, from 2003 to 2007, commercial manager at Tecnofluid, from 2007 to 2009, professor at UNOPAR - Universidade Norte do Paranda - from 2009 to 2012, Administrator, and then coordinator of the solar energy department at Universo Elétrico, from 2009 to 2019. Since 2019, he has been state coordinator for Absolar in Minas Gerais and Member of the Fiscal Council (since 2022), accumulating the functions of commercial manager (since 2019) and director of Institutional Relations (since 2022) at Genyx Solar Power.
